Dolph is currently an Associate Creative Director/Art Director in North Carolina. Previously he had a whole stack of Mullen Lowe business cards to give to his relatives. With a sense of unrelenting fortitude as both his biggest strength and weakness, Dolph worked on numerous accounts at ML such as USAA, New Holland Agricultural & Construction, CSX Freight Trains, ADP and McGraw Hill Financial. He was also very active in new business, managing a number of pitches along the way.
Prior to Mullen Lowe, Dolph was a Creative Director at GlobalHue|Detroit where he helped lead the Jeep brand advertising beginning in 2010. While at GlobalHue, he created/shaped/guided successful campaigns for Jeep Wrangler and Jeep Grand Cherokee. Most notably, a creative standout for the brand’s annual partnerships between Jeep Wrangler and Activision’s Call of Duty video game franchise and the Winter X-Games.
Dolph has set up shop at such agencies as Publicis (Dallas), Leo Burnett, FCB and BBDO (Chicago), working on brands as varied as BMW, the US Army and Coors Light beer. While at BBDO, he was integral in bringing the venerable Wrigley Gum brand out of their jingle-based world. This led to plenty of award show hardware for several of the U.S. Wrigley gum brands. So much so that he then co-founded BBDO Hardware, which helped garner a new creative spirit and reputation at BBDO in Chicago.
Dolph’s work has been recognized by the top award shows and publications worldwide that breed self-doubt and insecurity when you aren’t recognized by said award shows — Cannes, Clios, Communication Arts, Creativity, Graphis, London International Advertising Awards, Lürzer’s International Archive, the National Addys and the OBIE awards.
